Palais Royale is India's tallest building that stands 320 meters high in the sky. The construction of this residential skyscraper in Mumbai has been delayed for many years due to various reasons. However, it is now expected that Palais Royale will be completed by 2024.

 

 

Palais Royale is the tallest residential building in Mumbai. It stands 320 meters high and is 1,050 feet long. It has 88 floors and will be completed in 2018. It is estimated that it will cost around Rs 3000 crores to investors. The construction of Palais Royale has been carried out by the company Raghuveera Urban Constructions, which is the main contractor for this project.

Lokhandwala Minerva

Lokhandwala Minerva, by the Lokhandwala Developers, is the Tallest building in India that is completed, offering a luxurious residential experience to its homebuyers. Lokhandwala Minerva Skyscraper goes as high as 301 meters, with the 78th floor being at the top, giving homebuyers a sky view of the whole Mahalaxmi Area in Mumbai.

Developed by the prestigious Lodha Group Developers, World One hosts two other towers beside it, World View and World Crest, of similar height. World One is 280m in height, and has 76 floors in the count, making it the second tallest building in India (completed), behind only Lokhandwala Minerva. The total cost of constructing World One by the Lodha Group is approximately 321 Million US Dollars. Designed by the architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, on 7.6 acres of land in the Shrinivas Mill located in Lower Parel.
